Returns & Exchanges Policy

If a customer wishes to return a product (excluding custom-made orders), they must contact us by emailing shahid7shah@yahoo.com or submitting a Support Ticket through the Help Center in the My Account section on our website.

Terms & Conditions for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted for store credit only, which must be used within 30 days from the date the return is processed.
  • Original shipping charges and duties are non-refundable.
  • The product must be returned within 14 days from the shipping date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged to qualify for return.
  • All tags, original packaging, courier receipts, invoices, and supporting documents must be included.
  • Products that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted.
  • Kepra.in is not responsible for any damage that occurs during return transit.

Once sold, products can only be exchanged for store credit if they meet the return conditions.

If the customer wishes to exchange for an alternative product, they must first return the original item for store credit and then place a new order using the available credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

All return and exchange requests must be communicated via email or phone, and the standard return conditions apply.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Before accepting delivery, customers should carefully check the invoice, product, and quantity. If any discrepancies or damage are noticed, they must mention it on the delivery receipt before accepting the package.

If a customer receives a defective product or an incorrect item, they must contact our customer service team at Kepra.in within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The email should include detailed descriptions and images of the issue.
  • Our principal designer will review the complaint, after which our customer service team will contact the customer with the next steps.
  • The defective or incorrect product must be returned within 7 days from the date our team advises.
  • If the complaint is verified, Kepra.in will replace the product and cover all shipping costs. If replacement is not possible, store credit will be issued.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
  • If a cancellation request is received before processing, store credit will be issued.
