Domestic vs International Orders

NO INTERNATIONAL RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED.

Returns are accepted only for domestic orders within 7 days of delivery.

At Kepra.in, we are committed to offering authentic handcrafted products with care and transparency.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for non-customized products.
Customers must request a return by email or phone.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original tags, packaging, invoices, courier receipts, and supporting documents must be included.
Damaged, soiled, worn, or altered products will not be accepted.

Pure Pashmina and GI-Tag Products

We manufacture pure pashmina products.
GI-TAG PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
These products are verified through the Craft Development Institute and undergo strict quality and authenticity checks before GI certification is issued.
Such products are certified only after passing the required inspection process.

Shipping and Return Charges

We provide free shipping on eligible orders.
Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
The customer is also responsible for shipping the product back to Kepra.in.
Kepra.in is not responsible for any damage during return transit.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be considered only if the product meets the return eligibility conditions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery.
Any damage, defect, or incorrect item must be noted on the delivery receipt before accepting the package.
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and a detailed description.
Once verified, the product must be returned within 7 days after confirmation from our team.
If the complaint is approved, a replacement will be provided or store credit will be issued if replacement is not possible.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once processed.
If a cancellation request is received before processing, store credit will be issued.
