Black pashmina shawl from the 19th century with a typical pattern—the boteh or paisley shape—enveloping a beautiful centre known as chand center medallion. The original neutral colors maroon and black are still present and have not faded with time. Shawls have been made in kashmir and worn for years by elegant women since they have always been seen as luxury items.
